Celui-ci pr\u00e9voit notamment d\u2019<strong>accompagner la professionnalisation et la structuration du collectif r\u00e9gional des usagers du v\u00e9lo<\/strong> en soutenant financi\u00e8rement l\u2019embauche par celui-ci d\u2019un charg\u00e9 d\u2019animation et de plaidoyer.
